Most pieces are made after you order, so please allow 3–5 days for us to make yours. A few are ready to ship from stock.

UK delivery usually takes 3–5 working days from the day the order ship.

Natural finish
We leave our terracotta and clay as they are, so you may notice:

Tiny pinholes where the clay has dried
Edges shaped by fingers, not machines
Stone patterns that differ from piece to piece

None of this is a fault. It's what handmade looks like, and no two pieces will match exactly.

Free UK delivery on orders over £50, and free international delivery over £80. We send UK parcels with Royal Mail as standard, or Yodel if you'd prefer — just ask. UK orders usually arrive within 6 days, international within two weeks. You'll get tracking updates by email.

Returns
Every piece is made by hand, in small numbers, so all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 48 hours and we'll put it right — a replacement or a refund, whichever you'd rather.. Learn More.

Your piece is made from stone clay, hand-painted and finished with a gloss sealant. That coating protects the surface, but it isn't armour — a little care goes a long way.

• Keep it dry. Take it off before washing, swimming or bathing. Clay is porous underneath the sealant, and water that gets in will cause damage you can't undo.
• Last on, first off. Perfume, hairspray, suncream and hand sanitiser all soften the sealant over time. Put your jewellery on once everything else has dried, and take it off before you get ready for bed.
• Store it out of the sun. Direct sunlight and heat will fade the paint and can yellow the sealant. A soft pouch or a lined box, somewhere cool, is ideal.
• Give it its own space. Store pieces separately rather than loose together — clay chips if it knocks against metal or stone. Fasten clasps before putting anything away.
• Cleaning. A dry, soft cloth is all it needs. If something needs lifting off, use a barely damp cloth and dry it straight away. Please don't use polishing cloths, jewellery cleaner, alcohol or anything abrasive — they'll strip the sealant.
• Waxed cord. Keep it dry and don't tug at it. If it loosens with wear, that's normal.

Treated kindly, your piece will keep its colour and shine for years.

Every order comes gift-ready. Depending on the piece and what we have in stock, it will arrive in either a branded box or a paper pouch, along with a care card signed by the maker.
